We are now publishing the following documentation on the Find an authorisation document website:

• Authorisation documentation for Industrial Activities (PPC Part A) issued both before and since January 2021. Key PPC Part A documentation received or issued by SEPA prior to January 2021 and now published has been subjected to a verification process prior to being published.
• Authorisation documents, including new authorisations and changes to existing authorisations that SEPA has issued since January 2021 for:
  • Licences under the Water Environment (Controlled Activities) (Scotland) Regulations 2011 ("the 2011 regulations" or "CAR")
  • Other permits under the Pollution Prevention & Control (Scotland) Regulations 2012 ("PPC" Part B)
  • Licences under the Environmental Protection Act 1990 (Part II) and Waste Management Licencing (Scotland) Regulations 2011 ("WML").

What is available?

In respect of PPC Part A authorisations, the following documents are available:

• Key permit documentation for the site issued by SEPA including the original permit, variation notices and transfer notices. Any documentation received or issued by SEPA prior to January 2021 and now published has been subjected to a verification process prior to being published.
• In respect of CAR Licences, PPC Part A and B Permits and Waste Management Licences, the following documents will shortly become available:
  • Any new authorisation, variation, modification, transfer, and surrender issued since 1 January 2021
  • In respect of Medium Combustion Plant (MCP) activities, we are also providing:
